Case Studies

Symbiosis Campus, Lavale - Antifungal Wall Coating
This academic building experienced a persistent issue of water penetration through wall, efflorescence and mold proliferation, including extensive fungal growth in certain areas. To address this problem, we implemented a solution by applying an antifungal coating on the external concrete facade throughout the entire building, after thoroughly cleaning the surface with a special Antifungal cleaner. Consequently, the application of this coating has successfully resolved the concerns associated with dampness, subsequently thwarting the growth of mold and fungi.
