How to Apply

  • 1.

    Surface Preparation:

    Ensure that the surface is cleaned and free of dust, fungus by means of solvents or emulsifiers.
  • 2.

    First Coat:

    Since this material is a single component, ready to use, you can directly apply it with a brush or a roller, or by spraying, to a DFT of 75 to 90 microns.
  • 3.

    Multi-layer Application:

    Depending on the required properties, multiple coats can be applied.
  • 4.

    Drying and Curing:

    Fast drying and can be air cured. Allow it to cure for atleast 1 hour.

Corrosion coating for HVAC

One of our key clients manufacturing Air conditioners was facing a huge problem of corrosion related breakdowns for its HVAC units due to damaged copper coils in a harsh marine environment. Winone’s innovative thin film coating was able to solve the problem by protecting the HVAC coils from any environmental damage and increasing the usable life of HVAC systems by 2X. We also helped our client with an easy to apply coating that enabled them to apply it without any additional step in their assembly line, and which dried quickly compared to conventional coatings. The heat transfer efficiencies of the coils remained unchanged on testing. Winone executed a joint development program along with our client to get a tailored solution for their needs.

Fabguard can be supplied in variety of package sizes. Bulk packaging is available in 5, 10 and 20 liters cannisters. We are also open for white label manufacturing where smaller size packaging can be supplied with co-branding.
