WINTUSHIELD - WINTUSHIELD is a specialized water-based, fire retardant, intumescent coating for fire protection, which can withstand temperatures more than 1000°C for 2 hours. It swells in heat, creating a flame barrier, preventing damage. It halts flames from spreading, and generates zero smoke.

How to Apply
- 1.
Surface Preparation:
Ensure that the surface is cleaned and free of dust, dirt, oil, and stains. To remove Efflorescence, fungus, mold, use Winone Biowash to clean the surface. - 2.
Application method:
Shake well before use. A brush, roller, or pneumatic/airless spray machine can be used for application. Apply on a dry surface in multiple coats to achieve the desired dry film thickness. Overcoat time is approximately 4 hours. - 3.
Drying and Curing:
Let the surface dry and cure up to 72 hrs to achieve the best performance.
