WINONE EZECOAT (2K) - Winone-Ezecoat (2K) is a two-component, high solids Polyurethane coating system. How to Apply
- 1.
Surface Preparation:
Thoroughly clean, dry, and remove dust, oil, grease, tar, and fungus from the surface. - 2.
Crack Treatment:
Apply Winone-Ezecoat100 base coat to cracks, allowing 15 minutes to dry. Fill cracks and joints with Winone-Ezefil crack filling compound. - 3.
Coating Application:
Apply Winone-Ezecoat 100 over the surface, drying for 4-5 hours. Apply a mixture of Winone-Ezecoat 200 and 300, and repeat after 8-12 hours. - 4.
Topcoat Application:
Apply the topcoat to sun-exposed areas using a mix of Winone-Ezecoat 500 and 600.
