Winone Thermoshield - Many companies struggle with improper insulation in intricate equipment places, but with Winone's thin single-component thermal insulation coating, you can maximize your process efficiency - which results in both insulation and corrosion protection while reducing maintenance costs. Winone Thermoshield is a liquid applied Insulation paint, to replace conventional Rockwool insulation of 50 to 60mm thickness, with 4-6 mm paint. It provides excellent protection from Corrosion under Insulation, saves space and makes maintenance easy.

How to Apply
- 1.
Surface Preparation:
Ensure the surface is free from dust, dirt, oil, and grease. - 2.
First Coat:
Apply a thin layer of Winone Thermoshield to cover the entire area. This ensures a strong bond for subsequent layers. - 3.
Drying and Curing:
Allow the final layer of coating to dry for up to 24 hours to achieve complete curing.
Case Studies
Filteration Unit - Dairy
Winone Thermoshield addressed the thermal insulation challenges in a water filtration process skid of a major engineering consulting firm which was unable to execute the process with conventional rockwool insulation. Our coating provided a thin film insulation which gave ample space for multiple sensitive measuring equipment to be placed on the process skid and provided with a delta of more than 40 degrees C with just 3 mm of coating. Our coating also provided additional corrosion protection which caused ZERO downtime in over 2 years of operation. Winone demonstrated value engineering with our client experiencing significant improvements in their process with this innovative technology adoption.
