Winone Corogard
Winone Corogard is a two-component Polyurethane based protective coating system with unique organometallic compounds.

Winone Corogard - The ultimate solution for safeguarding machinery and equipment across a diverse range of industries. Corogard's exceptional adhesion and unmatched scratch and corrosion resistance ensure the best protection. Even in coastal areas, Corogard stands strong as a reliable shield, preventing the premature collapse of essential RCC structures like buildings, flyovers, bridges, and water tanks.

Problems we solve
- 1.
Unwarranted Costs:
Corrosion drives up costs for maintenance, repairs, replacements, raising operational expenses. Corroded assets fetch lower resale values. - 2.
Reduced Efficiency:
Corrosion leads to frequent repairs and downtime, hampering productivity. It lowers efficiency and reduces structural integrity. - 3.
Safety Concerns:
Corrosion weakens structures, risking accidents and harm from corroded machinery and equipment. Safety and environment are at risk. - 4.
Bad Aesthetics:
Corrosion tarnishes aesthetics with rust and stains, harming structures and assets. Prevention preserves appearance, brand reputation. - 5.
Workflow Disruptions:
Corrosion disrupts oil & gas transportation, and manufacturing. Downtime hits supply chains, and maintenance delays project timelines.

Features
- 1.
Strong Barrier Protection:
Strongly bonds to steel, aluminum, copper, brass, concrete, FRP and wood. - 2.
Great Aesthetics:
Unparalleled protection against rust, oxidation, and other forms of corrosion. - 3.
Good Elasticity:
Excellent protection against UV rays and exposure to chemicals, ensuring that your surfaces remain pristine and corrosion-free in even the toughest conditions. - 4.
Wide Temperature Range:
It withstands a high level of physical wear and tear. - 5.
Easy Maintenance:
Elastic and withstands expansion and contraction of the substrate without cracking. - 6.
Additional Benefits:
Highly resistant to fungal and microbial attack.

How to Apply
- 1.
Surface Preparation:
Clean surface from oil, dirt, grease with suitable solvents. Eliminate rust, scales for a clean base before applying coating. - 2.
First Coat:
Primer Application: After surface cleaning, apply a primer coat using a zinc-rich primer for optimal results. - 3.
Multi-Layer Application:
Allow primer coat to dry for minimum of 2-3 hours. After this, apply two topcoats with gap of at least 2-3 hours between each coat. - 4.
Drying and Curing:
Allow the final coating layer to dry for 24 hours to achieve complete curing, ensuring the coating's effectiveness and durability.
