How to Apply
- 1.
Surface Preparation:
Before applying the protective coating, ensure that the surface is sound, level, and completely free from grease, oil, and any loose deposits. If there are any blowholes or surface defects, they should be repaired prior to coating application. - 2.
First Coat:
Begin by applying the primer using a brush or roller. Allow the surface to cure for a minimum of 24 hours. - 3.
Mixing:
The resin and hardeners should be thoroughly mixed together in equal portions by volume. Water is then added to reduce the mix to the desired consistency to a maximum of 1 part water to 1 part of resin/hardener mix - 4.
Multi-layer Application:
Applied by roller or conventional spray equipment or by brush, - 5.
Drying and Curing:
Allow the final layer of coating to dry for up to 24 hours to achieve complete curing, ensuring the coating's effectiveness and durability. For a detailed guide download TDS.
