Winone TiO2
Self-Cleaning and Pollution Control Coating Solution

Winone TiO2 - Winone TiO2 is a Titanium Dioxide-based coatings are an innovative technology dedicated to combating air pollution, self-cleaning, and shielding against harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays. These coatings incorporate photocatalytic elements, and using TiO2, they harness energy from sunlight or UV light sources to transform pollutants into harmless compounds. Consequently, TiO2 coatings exhibit an impressive capability to reduce atmospheric pollutants such as NOx, SOx, tobacco smoke, and bacteria, ultimately contributing to enhanced air quality.

Problems we solve
- 1.
Air Quality Degradation:
SOx and NOx contribute to the formation of acid rain. Acid rain can damage vegetation, aquatic ecosystems, and buildings. - 2.
Respiratory and Health Impacts:
Inhalation of SOx and NOx emissions can lead to respiratory problems. Long-term exposure to these pollutants can increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases, lung cancer, and other respiratory ailments. - 3.
Infrastructure Corrosion:
SOx emissions can corrode buildings, bridges, and infrastructure, leading to maintenance and repair costs. - 4.
Visibility Reduction:
SOx and NOx emissions contribute to the formation of fine particulate matter and ground-level ozone, reducing visibility. - 5.
Global Warming::
NOx emissions contribute to the greenhouse effect by forming nitrous oxide (N2O), a potent greenhouse gas that traps heat in the atmosphere.

Drying and Curing:
Let the surface dry and cure for up to 2 hours to achieve the best performance.

Case Studies

Photocatalytic coating for pollution control
In response to the increased demand for eco-friendly construction and to enhance the air quality, Winone incorporated a unique photocatalytic coating solution to the external walls and facades for a prominent housing developer. The photocatalytic coating enabled the home owner to improve the air quality, keep the external walls fungus free and achieve self cleaning properties reducing the upkeep and maintenance cost. The client was very happy with the coating and has since adopted the same for all of their other projects.
