WINGUARD HCR protective coating is a specially formulated Epoxy Resin based coating system with outstanding chemical resistance.

Winguard HCR - is a two-part, high-build, solvent-free epoxy resin-based coating. Winone offers a chemical-resistant coating for highly corrosive chemical environments and industries to protect metal and concrete. It provides very high strength and high build barrier against fumes, steam and chemical spray. This coating provides significant protection against harmful acids, oils, solvents, and even cleaning solutions, which can easily cause floor erosion.

How to Apply
- 1.
Surface Preparation:
Before applying the protective coating, ensure that the surface is sound, level, and completely free from grease, oil, and any loose deposits. If there are any blowholes or surface defects, they should be repaired prior to coating application. - 2.
First Coat:
Begin by applying the primer using a brush or roller. Allow the surface to cure for a minimum of 24 hours before the application of WinGuard HCR. - 3.
Mixing:
WINGUARD HCR protective coating consists of two components, the resin base, and the hardener, provided pre-weighted in proportions. To prepare for the application, mix both components well until the material achieves a uniform color. - 4.
Multi-layer Application:
Apply WinGuard HCR to the prepared surface such that it creates a continuous film. The second coat should be applied perpendicular to the first coat on the following day. - 5.
Drying and Curing:
Allow the final layer of coating to dry for up to 24 hours to achieve complete curing, ensuring the coating's effectiveness and durability.

Finolex - Coating for Side Stream Filtration tank
