Polyurethane Cementitious Flooring System
WINTOP PUCRETE - WINTOP PUCRETE is a special four-part polyurethane-concrete flooring system. It's poured in a layer 4-6 mm thick to create a smooth surface. The thickness depends on how it'll be used and how much traffic it'll get. It is stronger and has properties that are even better than regular concrete. It's perfect for places where things need to be really clean and where chemicals might be around. It's great for areas that might have high traffic, and it can handle being cleaned with steam.

How to Apply
- 1.
Surface Preparation:
Prepare the substrate by removing dirt, debris, and contaminants. Repair any cracks or imperfections, ensuring a smooth and level base. - 2.
Primer Application:
The primer helps improve adhesion between the concrete and the PU coating. Allow the primer to cure. - 3.
PU Concrete Coating Application:
Apply the PU concrete coating using a trowel. Ensure even coverage and a consistent thickness. Work in sections. - 4.
Topcoat and Finish:
After the PU concrete coating has cured, apply a clear PU topcoat. If desired, aisle marking can be done in industries.
