EPU Flooring - WINTOP EPU Flooring - Highly Flexible Epoxy-Polyurethane composite flooring

Problems we solve
- 1.
High Installation Costs:
Tile installation often requires skilled labor and specialized tools, leading to higher upfront costs compared to other flooring options. - 2.
Uneven Surface:
If not properly installed, tiles may not lie evenly, leading to an uneven surface that affects both aesthetics and functionality. - 3.
High Maintenance:
In areas with heavy foot traffic, tiles may require frequent cleaning and maintenance to prevent wear and tear. - 4.
Cold and Hard Surface:
Tiles can feel cold underfoot, especially in colder climates, and their hardness can cause discomfort for prolonged standing or walking. - 5.
Slippery Surfaces:
Some tile materials, particularly when wet, can become slippery, posing a safety hazard in areas prone to moisture like bathrooms and kitchens.

Features
- 1.
Strength and Flexibility:
It has the strength of Epoxy and flexibility of Polyurethane. - 2.
Chemical Resistance:
High chemical resistance compared to conventional Epoxy. - 3.
High Heat Resistance:
High heat resistance helps for better performance in thermally challenging conditions. - 4.
Anti-Slip Properties:
It is naturally anti-slip, enhancing safety in areas prone to moisture, which can be a concern with slippery tiles. - 5.
Durability and Resistance:
PU is highly resistant to impact, chemicals, and abrasion, addressing issues of cracking and chipping that tiles may face.

How to Apply
- 1.
Surface Preparation:
Prepare the surface by cleaning it thoroughly and removing any dirt, oil, or other contaminants that may interfere with the adhesion of the EPU flooring. - 2.
Primer Application:
The primer helps improve adhesion between the concrete and the PU coating. Allow the primer to cure. - 3.
Mixture Application:
Apply the coating using a trowel. Ensure a consistent thickness. Work in sections. For exact mixture ratios, check out the TDS. - 4.
Topcoat and Finish:
After the PU concrete coating has cured, apply a clear PU topcoat. If desired, aisle marking can be done in industries.
