WINDECK FC - Parking lot flooring faces extreme conditions like temperature shifts, tire dust, and oil spills. WINDECK FC, a robust car park coating engineered to tackle these challenges. With options like anti-skid, semi-gloss, and high-gloss skid-resistant finishes, it prioritizes safety and reduces tire noise. it is better than others with its quick cure property.

Problems we solve
- 1.
Oil and Chemical Stains:
Vehicle leaks and drips can cause unsightly oil and chemical stains on the parking floor, affecting aesthetics. - 2.
Tire Marks and Abrasion:
Frequent vehicle movement can lead to tire marks and surface abrasion, diminishing the appearance. - 3.
Lack of Markings and Signage:
The absence of clear markings and signage can lead to confusion, inefficient use of space, and potential hazards. - 4.
Slippery Surfaces:
Liquids can make parking floors slippery, posing safety risks for pedestrians and vehicles. - 5.
Aesthetic Degradation:
Wear and tear over time, combined with exposure to environmental elements, can lead to a decline in visual appeal.

Features
- 1.
Performance Standards:
Tested as per BS 7976-2 for slip resistance, exceeding dry and wet requirements, while maintaining thermal resistance up to 600°C. - 2.
Impermeable and Hard Surface:
Water-permeable Karsten test indicates impermeability; Koeing hardness test showcases surface hardness. - 3.
Abrasion Resistance:
It has strong abrasion resistance, complying with Taber Abrader test, and robust bond strength exceeding concrete's cohesive strength. - 4.
Fire Resistance and Ease of Application:
Certified EN 13501-1 B - S1 FL for fire resistance; directly applicable on concrete slabs, eliminating trimix - 5.
Multi-Functionality :
Provides moisture protection, anti-skid properties, and eliminates need for separate line markings

How to Apply
- 1.
Surface Preparation:
Prepare the substrate by removing dirt, debris, and contaminants. Repair any cracks or imperfections, ensuring a smooth and level base. - 2.
Primer Application:
The primer helps improve adhesion between the concrete and the coating. Allow the primer to cure. - 3.
Mixture Application:
Ensure a consistent thickness. Work in sections. For exact mixture ratios, check out the TDS for detailed guide - 4.
Drying and Curing:
Apply a high-build intermediate coat and broadcast anti-skid aggregates on top. - 5.
Drying and Curing:
Allow the top coat to cure for 24 hours. - 6.
:
Apply the desired color top protective coating and allow sufficient curing time before use.
